The candidate will be responsible for providing coordination of general office duties that include but are not limited to: agenda coordination of staff, medical appointment coordination of employees seeking services, create and administer work orders, supply acquisition, and contractor supplier contracts; and maintain our web sites, among other tasks.

The candidate should also be able to give support to the business objects through high quality service and assuring an unsurpassable client experience.

Basic Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor in Office Systems Administration or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE : Preferred Minimum of one (1) year of experience in asimilar job.

Additional Skills/Preferences Computer literate, Team work oriented, Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication skills - English and Spanish, able to use or learn to use computers, fax, printers, projectors, video and photo camaras. Experience using or able to learn, Excel, Word, PPT,Medgate, Outlook, among others. Knowledge of making searches and the use of internet resources.
