Responsibilities The LillyUSA eCapabilities UX analyst role has technical accountability for the design of new digital assets. LillyUSA is responsible for the marketing and sales of Lilly products and this position supports that effort. This role will be primarily be responsible for driving value through the identification of key requirements and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver key capabilities.
This role requires an understanding of digital design and emerging technologies to facilitate a technically sound approach for the evaluation and delivery of digital assets to promote products and provide medical information. The LillyUSA eCapabilities technical analyst will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of tools, guidelines and best practices to deliver user centered world class digital assets
Digital IT UX Analyst
LillyUSA is responsible for the marketing and sales of Lilly products and this position supports that effort.
The LillyUSA eCapabilities UX Consultant role has accountability for the design of new digital assets as well as the redesign of existing digital assets.
The LillyUSA eCapabilities UX Consultant will execute User Experience design principles as a part of cross functional and global teams.
This role requires an understanding of digital design and emerging technologies to facilitate a technically sound approach for the evaluation and delivery of digital assets to promote products and provide medical information
Bachelor’s degree in User Experience or a closely related design field
One or more years of user experience design experience for software, Web applications which leverage emergent technologies, consumer electronics and/or mobile devices
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position
Experience with contemporary user-centered design methodologies
Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability
Design skills, production value and attention to detail
Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent collaboration skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong working knowledge of Tobii, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools
Understanding of common software project management practices
Understanding of cultural design considerations for global consumption of information
Understanding of common software development practices
