Responsibilities The CYRAMZA Associate Global Brand Manager will play an integral role in supporting all critical brand development and ongoing strategy deliverables. The individual in this role will lead development of global brand strategy, global HCP campaign and act as the dedicated steward to manage the brand across multiple tumor types. The role requires a close and collaborative approach with global and functional leaders from a variety of key areas including: global and affiliate marketing, clinical development, medical affairs, market research, PRA, legal, regulatory, manufacturing, and affiliates

Priority Responsibilities

  • Leads the development of the CYRAMZA global HCP campaign ensures all launch campaigns are consistent with the global brand.

  • Lead overall brand development efforts for CYRAMZA including refinement of the CYRAMZA brand position, brand vision based on customer insight and market based strategy. Show how the CYRAMZA brand strategy and tumor strategy link to help guide tumor leads in pulling through the brand across indications.

  • Brand Book & Stewardship: Leads update of CYRAMZA brand book including brand character map and brand story. Ensure consistent rollout across key geographies (US, Japan, IBU) and acts as the global brand steward to ensure integration and execution of the brand and campaign align to mandatory branding guidelines.

  • Contribute significant leadership and business knowledge to the management and evolution of the CYRAMZA brand strategy, from launch through phase III conformation through additional lifecycle opportunities

  • Partner with the OBU External Intelligence group to form a deep understanding of market and competitive landscape and determine implications on the Global Brand Strategy

  • Partner with market research to develop/refine/execute the Global measurement plan and determine implications to Global brand strategy

  • Drive development and execution of the Global brand plan, including the Foundational Document for the brand and business plan

Other Responsibilities

  • Partner with other team members to ensure strategy is reflected in all deliverables, e.g. brand solutions, medical affairs, PRA

  • Engage with priority affiliates in the development and implementation of the Global brand strategy

  • Work collaboratively and effectively with external partners, including the creative agency

  • Participate, as and when needed/appropriate, in cross-functional or other project teams; helping the overall business of Lilly Oncology to continuously evolve and improve

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree (Marketing, Business Management, or Life Science)

  • At least 2 years Global Marketing or Affiliate Strategy experience with brand implementation

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position

Additional Skills/Preferences

  • Previously demonstrated successful brand building experience

  • Experience in Commercial Drug development

  • Communication skills across all levels of the organization

  • Fluent in English, any other European language would be considered an asset

  • Oncology experience

  • Graduate Degree (MBA/MS) in Business/Marketing is preferred

Additional Information

  • This role can be based in Indianapolis, IN or Bridgewater, NJ

  • 15-25% domestic and international travel
