Responsibilities Lilly recently established the Lasmiditan global team within the Lilly Bio-Medicines Business unit to develop and commercialize a new medicine for the benefit of individuals with migraine. This is the second asset that Lilly will commercialize for migraine and thus integration and synergy across the platform is critical to success, especially as this relates to external engagement. This role will be responsible for three critical dimensions of the commercialization efforts; 1.) Integration and collaboration with the galcanezumab team to implement at external congresses. 2.) responsible for building the Lifecycle plan for Lasmiditan globally as well as Galcanezumab for PTH in OUS markets. While the Advisor will be accountable to the overall strategy, this role will be critical as we anticipate this molecule will have additional formulations (IV, sublingual, etc), as well as indications. 3.) partners with manufacturing to determine the trade dress for the product (tablet form, packing, etc).

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

Objective 1: Development of NILEX and Lifecycle plan for Lasmiditan and Galcanezumab OUS (50%)

  • Develop Lifecycle plan for Lasmiditan based on deep understanding of the therapeutic area and partnership with key cross-functional partners (internally and externally).

  • OUS input and evaluation into the OUS opportunity for the Galcanezumab lifecycle, both the currently approved indication as well as the identification and evaluation of future indications

Objective 2: Responsible for the Trade dress of Lasmiditan (20%)

  • Responsible for developing the trade dress of Lasmiditan tablet and future formulations based on customer and competitive understanding.

  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop the size, shape, color of the tablet.

  • Evaluate and recommend ideal product packaging requirements.

  • Partner across manufacturing, medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to optimize product presentation

Objective 3: Integration with Galca and Implementation of Congress Content (30%)

  • Develop and implement material at key migraine events.

  • Uncover synergy and opportunities to integrate and collaborate with galcanezumab in external events.

  • Ensure all related activities adhere with compliance policies and continue to find creative solutions (not burdened with complexity from Lilly internal processes)

  • Responsible for understanding, implementing, and adhering to company policies, processes and external obligations, as applicable.

  • Prepare, Create, Approve: Responsible for leading deliverables, provide input on deliverable / project plans and on deliverable creation, verify appropriate functions have been consulted, ensure deliverables align with brand strategy, and escalate issues as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2+ years of industry experience
