Responsibilities:

This position is responsible of managing all the FG supply from manufacturing site production plan till full release to the market based on the demand. Lead supply chain team for the integrated S&OP process for all products and cross functional teams from demand forecasting to goods release, enhance accuracy and efficiency. Lead supply chain team for the new product launch and cross functional teams works to speed the new products release to market. Support alliance projects from product supply to the commercial partnerships.

  • Develop and build a capable fulfillment of supply chain team with deep understanding of market dynamic and business insight

  • This position is responsible of managing all the imported FG supply from order placing till full release to the market and will be the primary point of contact for Demand Planning as well as liaison with upstream Site Planners and local marketing, commercial operations and cross functional team to ensure the compliant supply

  • The incumbent will lead all end to end fulfillment planning process of supply activities in the assigned territory

  • Make it visible and manage the supply issues through tier process and cross-functional collaboration with various parties and stakeholders

  • Build up high-quality communication with China affiliate management team as well as global supply chain team.

  • Engage external stakeholders related to importation/testing to support business and global stakeholders as well.

  • Collaborate with Alliance manager and business partner to ensure the stable and compliant supply of alliance products

  • Lead the new product launch from fulfillment planning perspective to support the biz growth

  • Drive the optimization of S&OP process for operations excellence

  • Develop , drive and optimize the fulfillment planning performance through continuous improvement and standard operating procedures well as KPIs

  • Other assignments as per business needs

Basic Qualificiations:

  • Bachelor degree is required, logistics or management is preferred

  • Minimum8- 10 years experiences in logistics or supply chain functional area in a Pharmaceutical environment will be preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential

  • Familiar with ERP/SAP and Must be proficient in English

  • Possess business acumen and understand market dynamics

  • Strong leadership and Inclusion Behavior as well as high engagement

  • Strategic thinking and excellent analytical capability as well as presentation skills

Familiar with supply chain management is a plus
