Type of Employment:
The brand manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand tactics plan and maximizing sales force and brand equity in China market. Leading key programs to achieve brand objectives.
Cooperate with team to develop brand tactic plan
Supervise and manage marketing program implementation.
Develop promotional materials, including detailing aid, group selling slides, brand reminders, etc.
Manage brand OPEX Accountable for OPEX management.
Internal & External Cross-functional communication:
Work closely with sales, medical, CA(PRA, KA…), compliance and other functions to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities.
Take lead to drive projects and actions plans in Lilly organization
Develop Brand tactic and programs align with strategy to support listing/ reimbursement and recruiting new patients to generate positive experience to support product growth.
Identify opportunities to improve market share in today’s highly competitive market.
Identify target audience unmet needs to gain advocacy
Develop and maintain long-term relationship with key national & regional TLs and advocates in key target markets
3rd-party supervision: Manage the Ad, PR agencies and the 3rd party cooperation
Accountability and Responsibility
Strong implementation skill
Bachelor’s degree or above
Medical background preferred
- At least 2 years marketing experience, successful experience on leading listing, reimbursement program is preferred
Good communication skill internal and externally
Required English level--Business fluency in speaking, reading and writing
Good interpersonal skill and computer literacy
Resilient to different tasks and move forward
Self-motivated and diligent
Good team work
