Strategy Development and Execution of the entire LCDDMAC Organization
Strategy: Provide analytical support through collecting insights of cross functional core team and extended team perspective, organize and participate on LCDDMAC strategical discussion, and generate conclusion documents.
Execution: Propose methodology, content, suggest attendees, organize logistics and implement key LCDDMAC wide events (Incl. events Management: annual events, quarterly town hall and etc)
Governance: Overall goal of governance is to enable quality decision making. Making sure there is a disciplined implementation of governance charter, driving the lead team meeting’s agenda, moderating the meeting; document decisions and lead the follow up of action items.
Business Planning and operation of portfolio development and medical affiars support.
Lead and support organizational budgeting process.
Coordinate and support the development and maintenance of functional capacity model
Develop scorecard /metrics to enable accurate and timely assessment and reporting of plans, financial and other key operational performance
Contribute and ensure appropriate linkage to China’s Long Range Plan
Build a comprehensive LCDDMAC Capital expense strategy that provides necessary infrastructure ot support the business.
Medical Capability Development, Cross-functional partnerships and communication enhancement
Increase the effectiveness and efficiency (decrease cycle time and work effort) of medical communications through development of capabilities to support functional/team needs
Coordinating across and developing synergies with therapeutic areas and regions while creating and establishing standardized practices and systems (eg, databases) that are efficient and yet provide for flexibility across business and therapeutic areas
Outreach and design relevant capability development and training programs to LCDDMAC subfuctions.
Medical Compliance by direct interaction with Ethical/Compliance & Legal functions
Manage audit readiness, quality, and compliance along with any associated risk across the TA medical teams and drug development functions
Developing/implementing risk management plans and quality initiatives to deliver medical communication disclosures accurately, transparently, with high quality, and in compliance with internal/external guidance/regulation.
Organizational Effectiveness by creating an environment that maximizes productivity and engagement.
Develop organizational behaviors and culture to enhance our business effectiveness
Lead Implementation of key transformational projects.
Personnel Management, Development, and Training
Lead medical capability team and business planning team
Provide performance mangament, coaching and career development cousultation to his/all team
At least 8 years of experience and broad functional expertise in pharmaceutical company in both medical and business perspectives.
Finanical knowledge to do budget planning, OPEX tracking, financial report management.
Strong quality & compliance sense, diligent adherence to business integrity principles
Ability of driving decision marking process, build relationship, engage and influence key stakeholders, including external and internal ones.
Ability of identifying solving complex business/operational problems and technical challenges.
Excellent communication , interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills
Cross-functional experience in operational or project management roles within the medical organization at Lilly.
Travel or shift requirements
Strong knowledge of quality systems
Demonstrated ability to manage large global organizations
