The LCCP project manager will dedicate to establish a robust LCCP partnership and operation system with well-designed connect care solutions delivery, to helping physicians and patients through innovative science and support, and strive to make life better for all those affected by diabetes in China.

  • BGM device supply chain management

  • Ensure supply chain well deliver the service as demand including high quality BGM devices, accurate distribution and delivery

  • Develop supply chain KPI and track performance to continuous improve vendor capabilities and engagements

  • Develop and implement cost-effective supplier chain portfolio management methodology

  • To understand the cost drivers, monitor and report on cost trends for key raw materials impacting product categories

  • Conduct price benchmarking, evaluate and recommend new/substitute vendors when necessary

  • Coordinate with other LCCP team member and Lilly internal business team to collect feedbacks on devices and services, continuous to improve the device quality and delivery services

  • Risk management and contingency plan for supply chain

  • Expand and deepen LCCP brand influence in Diabetes Care and mobile health market

  • Identify care connection program target customer segmentation and develop customized brand materials

  • Strengthen and optimize LCCP brand-kits including branding image, logo, slogans and videos etc.,

  • Partner with PR team to continuously improve the depth and breadth of LCCP PR activities

  • Identify fitted public platform or channel to hit target customer engagement plan

  • Seek corporation opportunity with Government on chronic disease management program

  • LCCP promotional event design and execution

  • Partner with internal business team to achieve LCCP goal and execution excellence

  • Support BU LCCP team on project change management including vendor service, communication, FAQ, issue tracking and follow-ups

  • LCCP promotional execution in BU NP/RP meetings

  • Identify potential operation risks and timely raise up for further action plan

  • Collect feedbacks and stakeholder communication

  • FAQs

  • Making alliance corporation excellence to strengthen the partnership

  • Streamline alliance operational process to be customer-focused and efficient

  • Solve daily operation issues and escalate to management team

  • Ensure the execution follow SOP and meet compliance requirement

  • Demonstrate proficiency in departmental technology tools and reporting databases

  • Communicate actively with related functions to strive for execution efficiency and effectiveness

  • Team management and LCCP project team meeting governance support

  • Organize routine project team meeting and track follow-ups

  • Cascade and train policy and procedures to report line

  • People management and development

Basic Qualificiations:

  • Bachelor degree, 5+ Years in project management related experience in pharmacetucial industry

  • Good oral and written English

  • Good command of MS office software application

  • Mature, independent , result-oriented, willing to learn from others to grow

  • Good communication/collaboration skills and leaderships

  • Embrace and champion change, faster innovation, focus on the customer, demonstrate courage and collaborate across all divisions

  • People Management experience

  • Strategic thinking : Intellectual Curiosity, Analytical Ability
