Responsibilities:

  • Sales Training plan & day to day implementation

  • Coordinate Sales conferences/sales meetings when appropriate

  • Work with HRM to develop & run a L&D plan

Basic Qualificiations:

  • Good knowledge of the Medical field visit job

  • Understanding of the Pharma business & the Regulatory field

  • Experience in training department within a Pharma company

  • Pack office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) & multimedia tools (iPad, web conferences, On-line training platform)

  • Easy learner of new technology & tools

  • Good English speaking & writing skills
