Lilly Intern - Incentive Compensation in Bengaluru, India

The Sales Strategy & Operations Incentive Compensation- Intern will work with a team to provide critical capabilities for Eli Lilly & Company’s sales forces (US and IBU focused). These capabilities may include Incentives Plan design & Quota setting, IC payout calculations, budget analysis, HR eligibility processing, IC Contests/Award programs and IC Reporting & analytics.
Key accountabilities will include the following:
Data Management - Automate excel-based operations to SQL/Python for improving processing turn-around time; Understand the current data architecture within GOSO and deliver ad-hoc data pulls and low/medium complexity analysis; Validate data quality and accuracy of the results of existing processes
Business Processes - Standardize and own capability-focused activities such as monthly/quarterly IC pay-outs, goal setting and plan design etc.; Process maps creation and update working in collaboration with existing team members
Basic Qualification and Essential Skills:
Bachelor's degree
Strong learning agility
Strong analytical mindset
Excellent Communication (written & verbal)
Strong attention to detail
High level of motivation and strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging situations
Good focus on detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning
Experience in writing code (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python) and Data Visualization tools like Tableau etc. is value add
