Job Description
The primary purpose of the internship is for the intern to learn and gain knowledge in the space of clinical data & analytics and demonstrate ability to transition to a Lilly role.
Responsibilities associated with the role includes the below: (Please note this is not an exhaustive list, just a key set of activities)
Understanding Lilly’s culture, organizational structure, roles and practices Understanding clinical data flow and associated concepts
Comprehending methods and tools associated with the roles within the data & analytics function Functional Requirements
Programming - Learn SAS programming, develop enough expertise to contribute to live projects
Data flow - Learn and master clinical trial concepts
Statistics – Learn and apply basic statistical analysis concepts
Communication - Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate with peers and stakeholders and function well in a team setting Job Attributes
