OmniChannel Execution: SFMC Operations Specialist (Junior)

As Lilly strives to achieve these objectives, we have embarked on building and in-housing a state-of-the-art “recommendation engine” platform to enable more agile sales and marketing operations. This platform will
ingest a wide variety of data sources,
run advanced personalization models
and integrate seamlessly with all other Lilly operations platforms
to provide recommendations on “what should we do next” to the sales and marketing teams at the individual doctor level, enabling better decision making and improving customer experience.
As part of this team, we are excited to welcome SFMC operations associates who will setup and operate a range of personalized marketing campaigns, in close sync with onshore brand stakeholders, the recommendation engine operations team, and the data and analytics teams.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in quantitative fields (Engg/Math/Econ) or degrees in business, with specializations in digital marketing
At least 3 years’ hands-on experience with building and operating multichannel campaigns (email, web, P2P etc) for personalized marketing using SFMC/Eloqua/ExactTarget
Specific hands-on experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder on multiple projects
Strong foundational knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (customer data, content selection, A/B testing)
Experience of working on large programs in Agile/Scrum setups, with JIRA or other platforms
Foundational knowledge on how data and analytics drive better personalized marketing campaigns, and how to implement automation of analytics and operations
Prior experience with US pharmaceutical digital marketing operations (how emails, web, P2P channels are used for marketing to doctors) and specific services (Epocrates, Medscape, Doximity etc)
Familiarity with SQL queries for data investigations; AMPScripting for custom/dynamic coding
Experience with creating meaningful reporting and dashboards for quick and insightful campaign analysis (Analytics Builder, or Tableau)
Working knowledge of other SFMC components like Email Studio, Engagement Builder etc
Certifications in SFMC, Agile/scrum
