Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution: as an individual contributor, responsible for
Partner with Lilly market researchers based in the US for high-quality execution and on-time delivery of the market research projects covering the spectrum of secondary research and secondary competitive intelligence.
Analyze study data and visualize the findings.
Provide appropriate context for study findings based on prior market research, including secondary sources.
Attention to detail in every step of the market research process to ensure accurate, on-time deliverables.
Developing into a trusted resource for the group, who can deliver a variety of pivotal market research team and has a good understanding of baseline processes to conduct research.
Participating in meetings with stakeholders and effectively listening to their needs. Also, provide relevant context to the research they have conducted
Education Requirements : MBA/Post Graduation from a Tier-I institution
Experience related requirements
3-6 years of market research experience with demonstrated ability to efficiently execute in an ambiguous environment
Technical Skills
Good knowledge of secondary research sources and competitive intelligence via secondary sources
Advanced ability to understand the research approach based on the business question
Ability to execute, synthesize, and interpret the data and derive analysis
Basic to advanced MS-office skills (MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)
Develop understanding in triangulating information from multiple sources to generate meaningful information
Soft Skills
Strong work ethic, personal motivation, and team player who is dynamic and result oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams
