Lilly Administrative Assistant I-FDE in Branchburg, New Jersey
The purpose of this position is to provide operations support for the Facilities Department. You will be responsible for your management of policies and procedures, departmental procedures, safety procedures, improving your job skills, and experience to create a wide range of tasks, while working on departmental assignments.
You will supporting the day-to-day management of inventory with cycle counting and inventory control practices. Routine activities will include field verification of stocked inventory and reporting data in inventory system and spreadsheets.
Support the management of inventory for campus-wide spare parts program:
Run daily reports to ensure compliance with kitting and desktop requisitions
Receive, distribute and remove inventory on a routine basis.
Kit spare parts for preventative maintenance work orders.
Verify use of spare parts requested for Facilities activities.
Return unused spare parts to inventory.
Perform cycle counting activities when scheduled.
Data entry, including but not limited to, updating CMMS with real time inventory
Research new or existing spare parts to ensure accuracy of database information
Fill out spare part forms, as required
Process desktop requisitions for spare parts.
Coordinate repair and recertification activities with vendors
Maintain documents associated with Facilities activities:
Ensure that all documentation are filed appropriately and in a timely manner.
Copy documents upon request.
Assist inspection requests for spare parts, upon request.
Perform scheduled document archival.
Adhere to site quality standards at all times while performing all tasks:
- Perform side-by-side training with new hires.
Maintain safety standards, policies and culture:

FDE Only-This position is not permanent. It is for a fixed duration of two years with potential to extend annually for up to 4 years.

Inventory Storeroom Technician- Fixed Duration Employment
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 1 years’ experience handling inventory, and/or technical documentation, working with operations supply teams
Completion of Post Offer Exam, Completion of Work Simulation or Completion of Administrative Skills Testing if applicable.
