Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Supplier Relationship management meeting, manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service obligations.

  • Understand Supplier key risk to support opportunities related.

  • Collaborates with legal to support contracting activities such as the preparation and review of master agreements, scope of work, change orders, or similar documents.

  • Be proactive managing internal and external customer expectations

Basic Qualificiations:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Business related qualification, Engineering or Materials Management.

Additional Skills/Preferences:

  • Demonstrate integrity and reliability

  • Excellent Inter-personal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability and proven ability to work with teams

  • Proven problem solving, critical thinking, conflict resolution and decision making

  • Self-starter with strong learning agility

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize

  • Excellent communications skills both oral and written. Bilingual

The Strategic Sourcing analyst works with Business stakeholders to understand requirements, and execute the relevant procurement process by applying appropriate methodologies and value levers. This role ensures consistent value-delivery through gaining operational efficiencies and driving optimal supplier performance.

The Strategic Sourcing Business Analyst is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies and purchasing activities that support our functions groups such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Health & Safety and HR; Identify and manage supplier relationship; Ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained; Understand and clarify contractual service needed, response times and technical qualifications of key suppliers. Execute to meet the objectives of the Company and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Analyze the data and propose strategies for reaching the targets.
