Responsibilities:

This role works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, TSMS, Network and Affiliate Supply Chain, Finance and Regulatory ensuring that the supply chain needs of our customers are met. The day to day responsibilities of this role span across demand management, replenishment, master data and monitoring distribution/supply chain management for all materials purchased and manufactured at the PEI site.

Assist in meeting KPIs by optimizing inventory and customer service levels, coordination of stakeholders in order to maintain or exceed customer expectations.

Interact and drive compliance in accordance with quality systems and safety programs

Major Accountabilities

Demand Management

  • Stakeholder of Affiliate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring cross functional and senior management alignment to deliver robust forecasts and maintain healthy inventory levels.

  • Demand analyst on underlying base forecast assumptions.

  • Build effective relationships, particularly within the Manufacturing, Finance, Regulatory, Quality and Regional Supply Chain teams to deliver on commitments.

  • Continually work to maintain and develop strong links with internal supplying sites and planning organizations to ensure supply plans are aligned with commercial priorities.

  • Use available metrics and tools to monitor the health of inventories and take action accordingly - working with stakeholders to develop and implement plans to mitigate inventory write offs from raw material to finished product.

  • Support the organization as required managing the launch of new products, as well as managing changes due to demand increase, decrease/ regulatory / systems / manufacturing reasons.

Replenishment / Master Data

  • Plan inventory levels effectively and efficiently to ensure supply meets demand for all raw materials using MRP. Maintain reports to support Production planning to ensure process orders are maintained in a timely manner.

  • Support daily Supply Chain activities and associates to align with business performance objectives for such roles as shipping, receiving, warehousing, packaging, and distribution.

  • Manage and negotiate SAP Purchase orders with 3rd Party suppliers through relationship building, risk mitigation and forecasting to ensure they deliver compliant, on-time, and in full orders.

  • Analyse trends and areas for opportunity for cost effectiveness and optimal inventory levels.

  • Manage SAP APO demand and work with Manufacturing groups/process teams to ensure the schedule is attainable.

  • Maintain up-to-date final product delivery/forecasts (per SKU/region) for affiliates

  • Affiliate resource and liaison for regulatory, quality and manufacturing for any source, packaging and label changes.

  • Stays connected with new product plans and launch teams to ensure supply issues are planned for and addressed.

  • Maintain procedural documentation and traceability via quality change management systems

  • Periodically review and update SAP/ERP data to ensure robustness for purchasing and planning with alignment from area/data owners.

  • Responsible for site Master Data fields, ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Responsible for coordinating any SAP IIT (Informal Integration) and FIT (Formal Integration) testing.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Ensure all sales forecasts are transferred to demand management platform and used in ERP system to plan accurate inventory and supply levels.

  • Maintain appropriate raw materials and component inventory levels with no delays to production and no stock-outs to customer.

  • Facilitate ERP data reviews and accuracy

  • On time delivery to customers

· Technical understanding of Quality systems, Regulatory guidelines and distribution requirements
