Lilly’s European Medical Information team is a dynamic and innovative department that supports customers with their questions about Lilly medicines across 16 different countries. The role of the Capabilities Associate, within Medical Information Europe, is to deliver operational efficiency and improved customer experience through technology initiatives and digital solutions, contributing to Medical Information’s transformation goals.
Your primary responsibilities
Deliver, maintain, and optimize systems and digital tools (e.g. CRM, content management, websites/omnichannel, telephony) focused on contact center and content management activities
Deliver digital, web, technology and automation initiatives to improve service delivery, operational efficiencies, and customer experience aligned to business priorities and goals
Keep a focus on the future – know solutions, customer expectations and business goals to evolve and transform medical information
Build own and support colleagues with on-going expertise relevant to technology, systems, or tools
Ability to proactively & effectively analyse & resolve problems.
Ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables.
Additional responsibilities include:
understanding the compliance, regulatory, and quality management environment applicable to pharmaceutical medical information
building strong partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders and technical and professional organizations.
Primary responsibilities are indicative and may vary over time.
In this role, you need to be degree qualified (or equivalent) in either a scientific or computer science subject (or equivalent). A minimum of 2 years experience is required in a project manager role in information systems or information technology.
Additional knowledge or experience in the following areas is advantageous:
Experience working the following systems: Salesforce, MS Office, MS Project & Visio.
Working in a business environment, ideally within a multinational organization
Contact center experience; multilingual or multicultural experience
Pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in either medical information, patient support programs or customer service
Process and continuous improvement: experience in lean/agile or similar approach to optimize resources to achieve business goals while maintaining compliance.
