Responsibilities:

As the Regional Tier 2 HR Leader, you will work with the HR organization, key stakeholders, and the service center team to provide service and support to the managers and employees in that region across a wide variety of HR processes and transactions. You will lead a team to deliver quality service, identify process improvements, and create efficiency for the HR organization. Your key responsibilities will include: Recruit, develop, and manage a team who is responsible to execute HR transactions and activities inside and outside Workday business process within defined volume and service level expectations.Overall responsibility of data integrity and quality of data processed in Workday system.Responsible for the day-to-day administration of operational support policies and procedures and assist in the development of and training on such policies and procedures as needed.Provide daily direction and routinely analyze operational performance against established metrics, makes adjustments to process and staff ratios where necessary.Use general understanding of procedures, policies, knowledge database, reference materials and judgment to assist in closing out HRSS escalated cases.Participate in continuous improvement workshops and projects.Collaborate with other regional leads and affiliate HR teams to ensure consistency and optimal employee experience Responsible for team performance and coordinates communication and information flows within team.

Basic Qualificiations:

Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 3 years of Human Resource or shared services experience People management experience essential

Degree in business or HRPrior leadership experience or pharmaceutical industry experiencePrior Workday experience supporting the HR functionBilingual/Multilingual desirableStrong Data Management expertise, problem solving and troubleshooting abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills; demonstrates effective listening and provides pristine customer service skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrates ability to motivate and drive teams and collaborationAbility to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
