TA Analyst

The Talent Acquisition Analyst will function as a search and subject matter expert, responsible for working with the wider TA / HR teams, and with hiring managers to locate and attract top talent to Lilly through expert sourcing strategies, and will have demonstrated experience in delivering for the recruitment function time and again.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing the end to end recruitment & selection process.

  • Actively generating a strong pool of potential candidates for open vacancies across the GBS.

  • Ensure outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

  • Be a subject matter expert in your area of recruitment through knowledge of market data and a strong understand of the GBS business.

  • Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with our Talent & Succession strategy and processes.

  • Work with recruitment colleagues to build comprehensive candidate pipeline.

  • Continuously review attraction methods to ensure they are delivering appropriate to the business needs.

  • Conducts general, straight forward data mining, targeted searches, and outreach to various resources to source potential candidates, including head-hunting.

Additional Skills/Preferences

  • Previous high volume recruiting experience preferred recruiting a variety of roles.

  • Sourcing candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, niche web sites, internet searches, CRM system, and other passive candidate generation techniques.

  • Creating strategies and plans to source talent for various business areas/functions and within Lilly.

  • Sourcing experience including internet research, search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills.

  • Recruitment experience in the Pharmaceutical Sector would be advantageous.


  • Bachelors degree

  • A minimum of 3 years experience of sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition

  • Previous experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or related IT experience is preferred.

  • Knowledge and experience of Workday would be a distinct advantage.
