Sr. Supply Chain Associate – Inventory Management & Site Coordinator

Responsibilities
Inventory management tasks include:
Coordination, movement, monitoring, and reporting of Lilly RTP inventory of filled, assembled, and packaged devices.
Ensuring timely inventory movement and system transactions between Lilly RTP operational areas, shipments to other Lilly sites, 3PL sites and offsite storage facilities.
Tracking and reporting Work in Process, Quality Inspection, Quality Release and Shipments.
Managing the stock transfer process for assembled devices and/or packaged finished goods to ensure the appropriate inventory is available where and when needed.
Site Coordinator tasks include:
Serving as the Lilly RTP Site Coordinator for labeling changes.
Working with Regulatory, Printed Packaging Development, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Planning and Global Packaging teams to drive the timely implementation of product labeling changes while minimizing obsolescence costs and meeting Regulatory Agency requirements.
Assess inventory impact of requested labeling changes some of which could involve requests for ‘immediate’ or ‘imminent’ implementation.
Being able to effectively communicate supply issues to cross functional teams and organizational levels will be required.
Change control tasks, master data setup and maintenance will be required to facilitate inventory movements to additional Lilly sites or other 3PL or storage facilities where they do not already exist as well as to manage labeling changes and implementations.
Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures and processes when required.
Key Objectives

Responsible for ensuring data integrity and good documentation practices while performing job tasks
Ability to work in and be comfortable with changing priorities
Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment at times as the site builds it’s infrastructure and staffing
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at once
Demonstrated attention to detail
Working knowledge of SAP
Proficient in use of MS Office and emailing systems
Demonstrated analytical ability
Pro-actively identifies and works with others to resolve issues
To meet this role’s requirements, this position requires an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and supply chains as well as inventory distribution, manufacturing practices, logistics, warehousing, regulatory finance, quality assurance and their associated systems
Other
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5 years Materials Management / Supply chain experience
Additional Information:
8 hour days - Monday through Friday
May need to be available off shift and respond to operational issues as needed
Minimal travel required (10%)
