Intégré(e) au sein de l’organisation Service Client / Export et Douane, vos principales missions seront :

  • Le suivi d’un portefeuille de commandes en lien avec les filiales du groupe . Vous utiliserez les systèmes internes de gestion de l'entreprise. Vous aurez la responsabilité de la coordination et la gestion des commandes et des niveaux de stock des filiales depuis leur réception jusqu'à leur expédition : pour ce faire, vous assurerez le lien avec les filiales dans un bon climat de confiance.

  • L’organisation des expéditions vers différentes filiales dans le monde, ainsi que toute la documentation associée (documentation de transport, factures, ...)

  • Vous participerez également à l’élaboration et à la mise en place d’actions d’amélioration continue au sein du service.

Profil recherché :

  • Qualités recherchées : Autonomie, Travail en équipe, Dynamisme, Flexibilité, Logique, Prise d'initiative, Rigueur

  • Connaissances sur les flux Logistiques et Internationaux seraient un atout

  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques : Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP

  • Anglais indispensable : lu, écrit, parlé
