Develop bidding strategies that maximize Lilly benefits on a national level. Capture common themes across provinces and provide guidance and consultancy to regional teams on bidding and secondary negotiation situations
Develop and propose solid pricing business cases to facilitate senior management decision making
Lead the cross function team on bidding & pricing related lobby efforts
Engage key bidding officials
Monthly reporting of performance dashboard (commercial operations) to field team, BUs, cross functions and senior management
Design and execute strategic commercial projects based on comprehensive sales data analysis to seize Lilly China growth opportunity including but not limited to: DTP, HAP, Reimbursement Pharmacy, private hospitals, channel sales, etc.
Develop channel data analysis tools for business analysis.
Attend monthly governance meetings and active communication with BUs on needs and collaborations
Engage and develop the team
Min. 10 years working experience. Pharma or device background required.
Have thrived in a cross functional environment.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical & communication skills. Able to diagnose and articulate complex situations and comfortable making recommendations and proposals with uncertainty
Fluent in both Chinese and English. Proficient with Microsoft office software for daily workProved successful experience in strategy to plan to execution
Experience in pricing / commercial related functions preferred.
