Responsibilities:

A. Launch Strategy Localization

  • Define brand positioning, target patient, target physician, and prioritized markets for GLP-1 with deeper customer insights.

  • Develop GLP-1 brand strategy and launch plan. Collaborate with cross-function teams (global team, medical, PRA, supply chain, etc.) to achieve solid launch readiness planning and outstanding execution.

  • Make strategic decisions on brand investment through multi-channel engagement to deliver exceptional customer experience

  • Identify and deliver critical measures for pre-launch and post-launch effectiveness.

B. Team Management

  • Lead affiliate launch team with effective communication and operational efficiency.

  • Establish GLP-1 brand teams and develop solid new product launch capability.

C. Thought Leader Management

  • Gain TL endorsement on GLP-1 efficacy, safety, and patient benefits.

  • Provide engagement solutions to thought leaders in pre-launch and post-launch stage by leveraging a synergy with existing Lilly brands.

  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to address unmet needs in an integrated approach.

D. Solution Management

  • Lead the teams to deliver positive customer experiences through solution design and execution.

  • Manage the process of solution creation in collaboration with launch team members.

  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure implementation of launch campaigns (e.g. speaker training, launch programs).

E. Leadership and Communication

  • Internally lead strategies with cross-function support. Deliver effective communication to achieve results.

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration and global team partnership.

  • Leverage synergy in solutions and thought leader management with existing Lilly brands.

Basic Qualificiations:

  • At least 8 years of marketing experience in multinationals with over 3 years of experience of people management.

  • New product launch experience in China is a must, and in chronic disease TA is preferred.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

  • Customer focus and orientation. Excellent people interaction skills.

  • Strategic integration and result orientation

  • Business acumen. Analysis, judgment and innovation

  • Leadership and decision making

  • Supervision, coaching and team inspiration.
