Serve as an expert in analytical chemistry discipline for Quality Control Labs. Provide analytical support to Laboratory investigations and root cause identification. Assess method performance and controls strategies and determine improvement needs for existing analytical methods. Evaluate and recommend new Laboratory technology and lead method development and validation activities. Activities will include all necessary laboratory duties surrounding execution, review, troubleshooting, and preparation of analytical testing.
Fully bilingual (English/Spanish). Computer literate, teamwork oriented, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other parts of the organization and across multiple levels. Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Flexibility is required to provide technical support and continuity to a 24-hour process operation.

Phd’s degree in Analytical Chemistry. Chemist license is required. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a manufacturing facility (pharmaceutical operations preferred). Experience with LIMS systems, chromatography and laboratory systems operations.
