New HR associates join the HR READY (Rotational Experiences and Development Years) program – a rotational program designed to provide experience in 2 to 3 areas of HR over a 2-year period. From Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Business Partnership and Learning & Development, you have the ability to steer your career where your talents and interests lay. With coaching and feedback from top leadership, Lilly provides you the ability to further your growth as a HR professional and future leader of the organization.
Enrolled as a full-time Undergraduate student: in the following fields: human resources, business disciplines, psychology, communication, social sciences, or liberal arts
Graduate with bachelor’s degree by August 2020
Human Resources / Pharma / Healthcare experience or interest
Demonstrated leadership, high learning agility, strong problem solving
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
Strong learning agility
Demonstrated strategic thinking and prioritization skills
Demonstrated problem solving and teamwork skills
