The NA NH Commercial Leader will be responsible for:
building in collaboration with the regional and local organization the NH capability
leading the development and execution of the NH business strategy in the region.
supporting the local demand creation and marketing organization to increase their impact and value delivered to the market.
The responsible person will work closely with the regional leadership, country directors and Business Unit managers to drive alignment on priorities, staffing and support execution plans. In addition, the responsible person will coordinate in close relation with the regional leadership and affiliate directors the execution of the annual plans to achieve expected business results. Position will be the voice of the region within the nutritional health lead team and will contribute to shape the long-term NH strategy.
Major Responsibilities/ Key Objectives/ Deliverables:
Commercial NH Leadership:
Lead the development & execution of the strategy to grow the NH business in the region and achieve the business goals.
Go to Market Model planned for and executed, including structure, positions, OPEX/resources, forecasts.
Build NH Capability
Enhance NH expertise within the area
Assess, identify needs, and implement resources that are or need to be part of the Affiliate resourcing to support the NH business.
Develop affiliate & regional leadership that understand NH market, align with marketing/ innovation strategies & are themselves capable of providing leadership for sustained growth.
Develops the NH business, financial, planning, and customer interaction skills of the commercial team
Ensure standardization and alignment of NH business processes and approach across the region driving both effectiveness and efficiency
Drive and support NH Business Execution
Drive accountability among the NH team members
Coordinate brand plans with marketing
Work with sales, marketing and technical teams to execute marketing plans to achieve annual expected business results
Support sales, marketing and technical teams in key customer facing activities
Demonstrated ability to network & build influence across functions, countries & diverse cultures

Nutrition industry expertise with minimum of 10 years of broad marketing/sales/supervisory experience
Comprehensive knowledge of the animal health industry is essential
Prior experience in launching new products across multiple markets
Experience in managing personnel as well as experience in building effective teams is essential.
Prior experience in building and executing to strategic plans
Experience in effectively working across multiple markets with success
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop regional and affiliate talent
Working knowledge of the specific region will be highly regarded.
Ability to travel on a very regular basis, both within region and globally occasionally
