Responsibilities:

As a part of the Global Commercial Analytics team, this position is responsible for identifying reporting needs by consulting with customers (listed below), translating needs into requirements, leveraging team members to execute, ensuring quality and accuracy and then delivering outputs back to customers to ensure utilization and satisfaction.

  • Executes on reporting standards identified by Consultant of Descriptive Analytics across geographies covered.

  • Leverages senior team member identified best practices across geographies.

  • Regularly consults with customers listed below to uncover needs, then plans and executes delivery of necessary reporting using IAC resources as needed.

  • Provides clear report requirements to colleagues based in Innovation Alliance Center (IAC) for execution.

  • Conducts at minimum quarterly business reviews with all customer groups to ensure expectations and needs are being met.

  • Maintains consistent, proactive contact with customer group leaders and builds a quality customer experience for groups listed below, ensuring all commercial reporting needs are met.

  • Creates and delivers appropriate training to customer groups to ensure comfort and utilization of reports and dashboards.

  • Maintain an environment open to change and innovation, recognizing improvements in existing tools and anticipating new technologies to deliver world class reporting/analytics and to maximize effectiveness

Customer Coverage to Include:

  • Senior Sales Leaders – International Lead Team

  • Local Marketing Support (UK, France, Italy, Germany, Spain)

  • Market Intelligence Organization

  • Sales Force Effectiveness Organization

Basic Qualificiations:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 1+ years of Tableau, PowerBI or other visualization tool utilization

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Elanco does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position

Additional Skills/Preferences:

  • Advanced calculation skills required

  • Proven Analytical/Problem Solving Skills

  • Ability to evaluate business process improvements

  • Business acumen to facilitate customer interaction

  • MBA or Advance Degree in Data Visualization

  • Experience in Animal Health Industry

  • Past experience in consulting positions

Additional Information:

  • Travel Percentage: 10-20% - Travel between top markets in Europe required
