Responsibilities:

Role lies within the Companion Animal Corporate Account team with responsibility to provide support and execution to our external customers and internal team

  • Communicates marketing plans and strategies, as they are applicable and relevant to further growing Elanco business

  • Marketing liaison for the 2nd tier of Corporate Accounts (13 accounts) to ensure policies are being followed

  • Managing incentive programs for Corporate Accounts where marketing funds are utilized

  • Managing the Zinc Maps process for all projects

  • PhD logistics and hosting

  • Meeting support (booth, literature, attendance)

  • Managing Corporate Account field communications

  • Actively engages with the Elanco US Marketing Team to ensure Corporate customer interests and unique needs are considered when developing strategies and programs for the general marketplace

  • Works with Commercial Operations team to ensure that general and customized programs are working within the guidelines of the corporate account contracts and agreements that we have with our Corporate Partners

  • Oversees compliance of Corporate Account Managers in terms of marketing fund use and creation/use of marketing materials

  • Ensures compliance and conducts trainings (when necessary) for marketing counterparts that engage or create marketing programs and/or collateral to ensure that all corporate guidelines are followed

  • Monitors marketing fund utilization with Corporate Customers and Elanco Account Managers to ensure that both parties are following the pre-established guidelines including proper documentation, utilization, reporting and tracking

Basic Qualificiations:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 years experience in Companion animal strategic process

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Elanco does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
