This position is strong contributor within the marketing team responsible to assist in the development of all aspects of the brands for the assigned areas.
Manages day to day budgets
Participate in Business Plan & SOP process
Acts in accordance with marketing compliance
Innovation & Lifecycle Mgmt—Develops customer journey and launch plans, supports multi-functional launch team from DP2
Technical or Scientific Understanding—Possesses good awareness of technical issues and scientific data.
Helps create messaging (including technical packages), proof points and evidence for key stakeholders (Business owners, Vets, and animal owners etc.)
Supports brand visualization development
Insights and Analytics
Possesses awareness of statistics and marketing research techniques including identification of key research objectives
Works with Insights COE to: Gather research and help develop customer journeys and studies including segmentation and ad testing.
Execute or project manage creative/other content developed including steering through Promomats
Creates promotional or educational materials in accordance with campaigns/platforms and is PromoMats PMO
Manages regulatory and legal processes for approvals
Works with media planners to help develop a robust media strategy and works with COEs to execute various activities (e.g. digital) while incorporating differences across the world
Embodies a strong international outlook-ability to understand different culture contexts
Demonstrated ability in communication, conflict resolution, and judgment and managing complexity
Bachelor’s degree, Marketing/Business preferred
1+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing
