Responsibilities:

This position will lead a team responsible for the delivery of global compensation programs including annual bonus programs, global job pricing strategy, and equity plan administration. Responsibilities also include reporting for SEC filings and statements related to executive compensation. Successful candidates will have demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills and be comfortable working with all function and levels within a corporate environment that enable to company’s value proposition for both current and prospective employees

  • Develop and deploy global job pricing strategy including communication, research, compliance and configuration.

  • Establish working relationships with payroll, finance and legal teams to ensure SEC compliance related to executive pay and stock compensation.

  • Maintain data for public materials for the Compensation Discussion and Analysis section of the company’s annual proxy statement and other.

  • Implement system modules related to global merit awards within Elanco’s human capital system.

  • Manage administration of annual cash bonus plans for all global employees through working with local leaders and corporate finance/communication to establish financial goals and fulfill communication to participants.

  • Strong project management skills and prior experience leading a large, complex project

  • Prior experience working on the compensation team or consulting on compensation-related issues
