The Systems Configuration Consultant will be responsible for configuring a cloud-based software for a Third Party Management system.
Overall responsibilities will include troubleshooting, upgrading, monitoring, and maintaining the Third Party Management system. The ideal candidate will have experience with various platforms, configuration, and systems integration as well as the ability to work independently while regularly interacting the business and other team members.
*Roles and Responsibilities of the Position:
Ability to plan and execute assigned configuration tasks for third party management system
Implement system changes and provide system configuration support based on business needs
Interface and maintain relationships with strategic IT vendors on business-critical applications and infrastructure to ensure smooth implementation as well as best value for the organization
Partner with systems specialists on projects and tasks
Diagnose the cause of technical problems and provide effective solutions
*Required Qualifications and Preferred Background:
Required:
At least 2 years of general IT configuration experience, GxP preferred
Ideal Candidate will also have:
IT configuration experience with GxP systems
Demonstrate a clear understanding of system/applications
IT validation experience preferred
Programming background a plus
Demonstrated ability to work well with other accomplished professionals within and across functions/teams.
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities rapidly to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communicator.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and applications.
