This is a fixed term contract for 1 year.

The Opportunity:

It’s an amazing time to join the Oncology Business Unit within Lilly in the Nordics.

We’re offering an incredible opportunity to work in a fast-paced launch team to advance brands that on the forefront of scientific innovation, and ultimately to bring hope to patients who are striving for more tomorrows.

What you’ll do:

The majority of the role includes these key marketing activities:

  • The Promotional Materials Approval Process

  • Material logistics - warehouse, printing etc

  • Head Office Meetings

  • Independent Meetings

  • Purchase Order process

You will be responsible for several important steps in our process for approving promotional material and work closely with the Brand Manager (BM) to create, change and update promotional material. This also means working with creative agencies in the creation and modification of promotional material.

You’ll also be responsible for contracting speakers, coordinating logistics, invitations and the approvals for independent meetings as well as promotional and educational meetings.

You’ll work closely with the cross-functional team such as medical, finance, Ethics & Compliance etc to develop, approve and implement the marketing programs.

In addition, strong project management with responsibility to lead and execute successfully will be key to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and meetings.

To be considered, you’ll need to have these:

Self-starter with an ability to work independently

Strong project management experience

Able to lead and execute

Ability to make decisions based on opportunities and challenges, quickly

Analytical skills

Good understanding of marketing of pharmaceutical products

Strong cross functional working skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

A solid compliance mindset and demonstrated integrity on the job

Model the Team Lilly Expectations (Include, Innovate, Accelerate, Deliver)

Sound understanding of local pharma code and relevant Lilly Procedures

Languages: Native Finnish speaker, very fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Additional Nordic languages are a plus.
