Lilly Product Complaint Associate, Nordics in Herlev, Denmark

The Product Complaint Associate , Nordics works closely with the Responsible Complaint Person, Nordics in:

  • Ensuring that Product Quality and Device Complaints in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden) are handled in compliance with EU Guidelines and local regulation on Good Distribution Practice, Falsified Medicines, Safety Features and Medical Devices - and relevant Lilly complaint procedures.

  • Ensuring optimal customer communication related to Product Quality and Device Complaints.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Daily management of product complaints in accordance with SOP-GDP-057 - Nordic Product Complaint Management.

  • Ensure appropriate link between Product Complaints and Adverse Events.

  • Escalate to Responsible Person/Pharmacist any product quality related issue such as potential quality defects and alerts that may lead to a recall, counterfeit, deviation management or Notification to Management or any other issue requiring further investigation.

  • Communicate potential counterfeits to Global Security.

  • Ensure optimal customer communication related to complaints.

  • Communicate with marketing about complaints, when applicable.

Educational requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a health care-related or life science field (e.g. Pharmacy, Nursing) or equivalent demonstrated experience is required.

  • Minimum 3 years experience with product complaint management for the Nordic countries.

  • Extensive knowledge of Eli Lilly’s products and devices.

  • Effective communication skills to interact with diverse groups and individuals.

  • English and Scandinavian language skills – written and verbal.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows XP).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Trackwise knowledge.

  • Knowledge of relevant EU and Nordic product defect legislation.
