As part of Lilly’s Connected Care program, this key role provides technical oversight for the delivery and execution of the Lilly Connected Care Cloud and associated web portals. In this role, you will work with experts in a variety of fields and assist software development teams build digital consumer health products. This position will report to Director IT, Connected Care.
Collaborate with various subject matter experts, software development teams, and IT operations to deliver medical grade, cloud-based digital assets.
Influence the scope and direction of agile software projects, leveraging modern software development techniques.
Drive technical design in adherence with project timelines, requirements & user stories, and architectural guidance.
Work within the bounds of both medical device and IT quality management systems.
Engage in new technology evaluations as part of the Spike team to reduce technical risk ahead of formal development. Stay current with health technology trends and emerging technologies.
Partner with the cybersecurity and architecture teams to ensure appropriate design and controls exist for a secure and reliable product.
Advise Connected Care IT Execution leads on technical matters impacting scope, time, costs, and quality.
Provide technical coaching for other
Demonstrated software delivery leadership in a complex business and technical environment.
Strong ability to elicit business needs and identify the best way address them proactively.
Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and communicate technical challenges to non-technical personnel in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to leverage sound judgment and pragmatic approaches to designing scalable solutions with complex business needs.
Previous experience with Health Information Technology and associated regulations.
Possess a strong understanding of agile and waterfall models and modern web technologies.
Experience in regulated software development – medical device software regulatory preferred.
Previous experience with development of commercially available software products utilizing web technologies.

Digital Health Solution Analyst
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or relevant information technology program.
Demonstrated knowledge/ experience with system and software design
