The Human Resources Associate Director role for the Global Manufacturing and Quality organizations has two main functions: providing business partnering support to senior leaders and leading and implementing HR projects and/or processes.

While projects may differ according to the business strategy and requirements, the Associate Director will have the following accountabilities:

  • Providing HR business support to the Engineering and Global Health & Safety and Technical Services/Manufacturing Sciences Functions to drive business results; focusing on technical capability building talent management, and strategic staffing

  • Serving as process owner for the Global M & Q technical ladder process with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Leading and supporting global M & Q HR projects and processes aligned with our HR strategy

  • Driving the organization plan for creating practices and habits which embrace and lead with diversity and inclusion

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts in Human Resources to ensure that the policies, programs, and plans best serve the needs of the business

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience in one of the following areas:

  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least two years in business partnering, or

  • 5 years of experience in technical capability building.

  • Business insight to understand and integrate business needs with HR solutions.

  • Communication skills for effective written and oral interactions.

  • HR and supervisory experience to apply various organizational improvement interventions.
