Position Brand Description:
The Operations Associate will be responsible for oversight of the manufacturing process. This includes: providing leadership for an area process team, managing process and facilities improvements projects for the area, acting as a liaison between operations and multiple support groups in execution of improvements, projects, and technical transfer of new molecules, and providing supervisory coverage in the absence of the Manager.

Be an active participant in safety improvements and reduction of incidents
Instill a culture of quality in execution
Interact with Regulatory Agencies
Serve as Lead investigator on Safety and Quality Event Investigations
Develop and monitor metrics.
Provide a leadership role in the area of C4I and process improvements for the process team and embrace productivity and COPS improvements
Investigate deviations, conduct root cause analysis and implement countermeasures
Back up Leaders and Manager
Facilitate daily/weekly process team meetings
Lead by example in using data to influence change and improvement
Support technical transfer of Clinical Trials and new products to advance the pipeline
Meet customer service requirements for batch approval of Commercial products
Previous leadership/supervisory experience
Career interest in operations leadership

2 or more years of manufacturing experience, preferably in Parenteral Operations
