Our job in marketing is becoming more challenging as customers engage with content in many different ways. We know that the consumer usage of Digital and Social Media platforms is increasing and becoming an important, if not the most important way to communicate. Therefore, Lilly has established a shared services team that partners with our brand teams to build and execute digital and social strategies and programs. This role will partner with brand teams and media team to develop digital programs that align with the brand strategy and creating integrated experiences that focus on achieving brand goals. Develop and execute a Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing Strategy and plans for multiple brands for US Brand Consumer initiatives
Work closely with brand partners for cohesive integration into brand strategy
Ensure consumer insights are translated into digital programs
Partner with the media team, PR and other to ensure there is on cohesive strategy across owned, earned and paid channels.
Must make decisions that will drive business goals and revenue for brand teams.
Develop measurement plans that align with brand goals and make recommendations for improvement and integration with other channels.
Lead agency team to develop creative customized for social media channels and consult on new digital formats and best practices for other digital channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional team to obtain approvals
Partner with the Digital & Emerging Media SME to stay on top of the latest trends. Anticipate and resolve challenges that will arise as technologies and platforms change.
Ensure programs stay within the budget defined by the brand teams.
Builds relationships with internal partners and external agencies.

Track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver results

Requires broad expertise across multiple digital channels and in-depth expertise in social media.
Must have a proven track record in influencing levels above them and outside of their functional area.

Must be comfortable with change and ambiguity and ability to resolve problems.
