The mission of Technical Services/Manufacturing Sciences (TS/MS) is to provide scientific leadership and technical support for manufacturing to make medicine today and tomorrow. The Visual Inspection Test Administrator is a key member in a cross-functional team who provides training qualifications for operations involving existing and new inspection processes. This person interacts daily with a wide variety of people, including customers, other personnel and site management.
Will qualify operationsand quality personnelfor inspection processesandexecute there-qualification strategy.
May be involved in orienting new employees to the department, assess skills and competencies for all operators, coordinate On-the-Job-Trainers (OJTs) to close skill gaps, provide on-the-job feedback to reinforce training, and assess documents or systems that the operators utilize to perform their jobs for improvement opportunities.
Is instrumental in revision of key procedures / training coursesin order tomake them more user friendly and better understood by operators.
Responsible for understanding and communicating changes topaper or electronicforms,toolsand templates prior to their effective date.
Assists supervision with identifying appropriate duty curriculum assigned to learning plans.
Maintain printedor electronicdocument logbooks.

Skills in giving and receiving feedback
Basic computer skills (excel, word) are required
Technical growth & application
Teamwork / Interpersonal skills
Previously qualified for parenteral inspection.
Strong organizational skills
Responsible for maintaining a safe workenvironmentandability to wear safety equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, protective gloves, respirator, etc.)
Some allergens are present in the parenteral plant. Mobility requirements and exposure to allergens should be considered when applying for this position.
Position involves work in combination of office and manufacturing areas
This position is not permanent and will be for a 1-4 year agreement.
This position is day shift, Monday-Friday,withability to work overtime, weekends, off-shiftsby request
