Lilly Service Delivery Analyst in Indianapolis, Indiana



Lilly USA Sales Operations, plays a key role in delivering solutions and services across the US Bio-Medicines, Diabetes, and Oncology Business Units.

The role of the Service Delivery Analyst will be accountable for providing managing vendor services, as well as, excellent customer service to our sales teams and integrating IT Managed Services within Lilly USA.

The Service Delivery Analyst is key to driving the lifecycle of applications and services from working with the business to capture requirements through deployment and support. The role will also help achieve operational excellence for our Sales Operations by ensuring services, operations and projects delivered are on-time and with quality.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

Supplier Manager (40%)

  • Provide vendor oversight to ensure solutions delivered on dedications to Lilly USA.

  • Drive continuous improvement and document standard processes for the delivery of IT assets and processes.

  • Responsible for performance and risk management for IT third party vendors who will be performing the bulk of the daily operational work.

Business Consultant (20%)

  • Drive effective communication across partners to ensure alignment of health and risks for Lilly USA IT assets.

  • Maintain strong network with the business teams, external partners, and IT organizations. Provide excellent customer services to our sales teams.

  • Create and provide oversight of technical landscape.

Solutions Analyst (20%)

  • Drive improvement and project execution of IT applications and services. Supporting and partnering with business partners and leading vendor teams to improve efficiency and increase value.

  • Influence direction and adoption of technical solutions across Lilly USA, IT.

  • Anticipate and communicate technical risks
