This position will be a key contributor to the Corporate Financial Reporting (CFR) team and will be responsible primarily for the following: Reporting of Consolidated Sales, PRV (Price/Rate/Volume) analysis and Performance reporting. Assistance with the Corporate Consolidations process and External Management reporting for the company (quarterly Earnings Release, SEC quarterly and annual 10Q/10K financial statement filings). This position requires interaction with other CFR team members to assist in the Corporate consolidations process; troubleshoot reporting issues with each Business Unit and Financial Analysts across the company globally, working with Country/Regional Controllers and Analysts, Corporate Financial Planning (CFP), Global Business Solutions – General Administrative (GBS GA), Global Tax, Corporate Treasury, Investor Relations and R&D Finance.
Responsibilities:
Sales, PRV and Performance Reporting and analysis
Preparation and review of the monthly and quarterly global sales reports
Preparation and analysis of the monthly PRV (Price/Rate/Volume) results and Performance (foreign exchange) impact on Global Sales
Consult with affiliates and business unit finance on Global Sales, PRV and Performance questions
Preparation of global sales and PRV data used for quarterly consolidated external reporting (i.e., 10Q, 10K, quarterly earnings release)
Work with CFP to review data maintained in sales reporting systems including brand aggregations, company aggregations, business unit aggregations, etc.
Participate in SAP Consolidations and Management reporting testing related to software upgrades
Periodic ad-hoc analyses of revenue and consolidated operating expenses
Assist in preparation of the quarterly external reporting including the earnings release with investor relations and corporate communications, as well as select external financial statements and supporting schedules for the SEC 10Q/10K quarterly and annual report filings
Learn other aspects of Corporate Consolidations processes, sufficient to share responsibilities with other CFR team members as back up contingency
Assist affiliates with preparation of certain statutory financial statements, including addressing questions from External Auditors and Global Tax Assist in preparation of certain Government reports
Pursue opportunities for streamlining and improving processes Special projects and consulting as needed
Basic Qualifications/Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-5 years work experience in accounting or finance-related field

Additional Skills/Preferences:
CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent
Extensive knowledge of Excel
Working knowledge of SAP
Strong knowledge of and prior experience with SHARP reporting
High learning agility

Additional Information:
Travel is estimated to be less than 5%.
Position will be located in Indianapolis and may require some flexibility due to business partners being located in different time zones.
Some overtime expected based upon business needs and issues that may arise, especially during quarter and year-end closes.
