Position Brand Description:
The International Tax Manager (Senior International Tax Analyst) is an exceptional opportunity in a fast-faced Tax Department reporting directly to the Senior Director of International Tax. This position will assist in U.S. international income tax compliance, planning, forecasting, reporting and risk mitigation functions for Lilly’s foreign operations.
Prepare and/or review E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, and FDII computations
Prepare and/or review U.S. international income tax compliance returns including Forms 1118, 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 8990, 8991, 8992, and 8993.
Perform international tax research, draft memoranda, and provide recommendations
Support analytic modeling of international tax planning
Assist with quarterly and annual income tax provisions
Lead or assist with special tax projects
Assist with audit defense before various tax authorities
BS/BA in Accounting or Business-related field.
Minimum 2 years of corporate income tax experience or public accounting working with corporate income tax.
International tax experience should include subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, and/or FDII

CPA, MST, or JD
Proficient computer modeling skills
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Power BI, OneSource/Corptax, and research tools
