Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Sr. Director-IS Risk Management & Business Engagement to partner with stakeholders across the organization to operationalize Information Security risk management processes and solutions. Develop and implement consistent and repeatable practices and integrate them to support strategic objectives. Provide ongoing oversight, measurement, and management for all IS issues, risks, findings, and observations. Lead third party and integrated risk assessment teams and support internal and external assessment efforts, stakeholders, and partners. Define KPIs and KRIs to measure enterprise-wide information security assessment effectiveness. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with operational Information Security and compliance. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience in enterprise or operational risk in a large, complex organization; 5 years of experience with operational information technology; 5 years of experience developing, training, and managing teams of professionals; 5 years of experience developing information security operational metrics, including Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance Indicators, dashboards, and GRC tools; and 5 years of experience with third party risk management. 10% domestic and international travel required.
