The Summer Experience Program is a paid, eight-week summer professional development program that consists of hands-on experience. The Summer Experience Program is designed to provide early career diverse students exposure to corporate life.
Summer Experience students have an opportunity to:
Leverage and build critical new skills and professional networks
Gain real-world experience and insight on Lilly and the pharmaceutical industry
Receive mentoring from a Lilly employee providing professional development
Basic Qualifications:
Academically accomplished students entering their first and second year of college in central Indiana or currently completing their High School Diploma
Must be 18 years of age to submit information.
Must have the ability to obtain work authorization in the United States at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence
Clearly demonstrated analytical thought and aptitude
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Language fluency in English (written and verbal)
