Market Access Strategy & Analytics Associate Overview - Full-Time
Lilly’s Market Access Strategy & Analytics Associate role provides the opportunity to work in an Eli Lilly and Company function called Pricing, Reimbursement and Access (PRA). The PRA function works to negotiate a price for our medicines, manages reimbursement terms with key players in the pharmaceutical and insurance industries, and works to ensure patients have access to Lilly medicines.
Upon entering PRA, new associates will be placed in an 18-month development program focused on orienting to a new career, learning about the intricacies of the pharmaceutical industry, and networking among peers and senior leaders. In addition to your role, this program is designed to strengthen your analytics, marketing and strategy competencies while having the opportunity to work cross-functionally, creating a strong foundation for a career at Lilly.
An assignment in PRA will be based in Indianapolis, IN with either a US or global focus. Full time Market Access Strategy & Analytics Associate roles could include, but are not limited to:
Contract development with a focus on analytics
Payer marketing or non-branded marketing
Reimbursement strategy development
Basic Qualifications
Requirements:
Successful completion of Lilly internship program
Expected graduation by August 2023
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in the following fields: all business disciplines, communication, social sciences, or liberal arts
