Market Access Strategy & Analytics Internship Overview
Lilly’s Market Access Strategy & Analytics Internship role provides the opportunity to work in an Eli Lilly and Company function called Pricing, Reimbursement and Access (PRA). The PRA function works to negotiate a price for our medicines, manages reimbursement terms with key players in the pharmaceutical and insurance industries, and works to ensure patients have access to Lilly medicines.
A 10-week internship in Indianapolis, IN within PRA provides the opportunity to strengthen your marketing, strategy and analytics competencies while working on a business-critical project.
Additional experiences include social and professional events with other interns in Indianapolis and networking opportunities with leadership. You’ll gain an understanding of Eli Lilly and Company’s global impact within the pharmaceutical industry and strengthen your business skills. Previous examples of Market Access Strategy & Analytics Internship projects have included:
Developing a reimbursement strategy for a branded drug
Assessing the effectiveness of a training capability with employees
Building a forecasting model for a Lilly brand team to use in preparation for a product launch
Enrolled as a full-time Undergraduate student
Rising Senior (currently a Junior)
Expected graduation date between December 2022 – August 2023
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in the following fields: all business disciplines, communication, social sciences, or liberal arts
Pharmaceutical / healthcare experience or interest
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
Strong learning agility
Demonstrated strategic thinking and prioritization skills
Demonstrated problem solving and teamwork skills
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
