Lilly Undergrad Marketing Associate – Intern to Full Time in Indianapolis, Indiana

Marketing Associate Overview

As a Marketing Associate with Eli Lilly and Company, you will help deliver unparalleled customer experiences through your work and recommendations on challenging, business-critical projects spanning teams such as Global and US Brand Management, Marketing Capabilities, New Product Planning, Market Research, Managed Healthcare, and Pricing/Payer Marketing.

As an Undergraduate Marketer, you’ll enter The Lilly Marketing Academy – a training program designed to build critical marketing competencies while completing two, 6-month assignments under the supervision and coaching of an experienced Marketer. After graduating from the Academy, you’ll have the requisite skills and experiences to pursue a variety of career options within Lilly’s Marketing organization.


  • Successful completion of Lilly internship program

  • Expected graduation date between December 2021 – August 2022

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in the following fields: all business disciplines, communication, social sciences, or liberal arts
