Role within the North American Channel Partner team with responsibility specific to the Food Animal only channel partners for Elanco Animal Health. The purpose of the position is to plan, implement and execute all marketing and sales initiatives with a strategic business partner. The employee will play an important role in the overall planning and execution with a key channel partner within the Food Animal Business at Elanco.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Account owners work directly the accounts Presidents, Marketing, Technical, Sales Managers, and Procurement to create a partnership between Elanco and Feed Mill Accounts to drive business for both Companies.
Align the long term strategic goals of the customer and Elanco
Recognizing and shaping profitable opportunities between the customer and Elanco
Responsible for planning, executing and tracking all marketing funds promotional allowances earned.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in food animal or agri-science sales or sales management in the Animal Health industry
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Elanco does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
In-depth knowledge of products across food animal species.
In-depth knowledge of the Food Animal Market and products available
