We are looking for a Quality intern to be part of our Quality Team affiliated to the Quality Department who;
4th or 5th grade Pharmacy student or new graduate
can continue for at least 4 days a week for 6 months
Good command of English
Good use of MS Office programs
Has planning and organizing, job tracking and effective communication skills
Prone to teamwork
Enter trackwise system and perform translation of complaints and assign it to regional center
Prepare complaint closure letters according to the templates
Perform sample requests from the patients
Separate and check the incoming complaint samples and package them accordingly.
Manage the DHL complaint sample shipment to complaint regional center per the defined process
Prepare letters for importation permit
Archive and prepare commercial batch release documents
Archive and prepare clinical trial release documents
Perform the calls to the reporter according to our aberrant temperature excursion assessment result
