Lilly Responsible Complaint Person in Istanbul, Turkey

  • Coordinate all product complaints for Turkey received externally and internally

  • Monitor compliance with the local and global policies and SOPs and applicable Quality agreements with external parties.

  • Manage workflow using TrackWise (TW) Quality Management Software

  • Responsible for timely reporting &closing of all product complaints into TW

  • Coordinate with external partner the product complaint sample shipment for product quality investigation

  • Maintain the complaint files retained for the required numbers of years and assure that proper record retention rules are followed

  • Provide reports for Self-Assessment & Quality Check and assure reconciliation with pharmacovigilance for complaints associated to adverse events (AE)

  • Assist with the preparation of audits and inspections

  • Create statistical analysis of product complaint trends


  • University degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry

  • Fluent in English (conversational, writing and reading)

  • Good interpersonal relations

  • Ability to train working groups

  • Ability to interact and effectively communicate with external customers and employees

  • Good problem solving and analytical skills working in an independent environment
