This position is in Information and Digital Solutions (IDS) team.
IDS Capability leader for UX, Digital Factory, Marketing Studio, Websites, Digital Platforms and Creative Service.
IDS Lead for Japan contents initiatives. Define platform strategy and own delivery by partnering with respective experts (key focus: Design System, Digital Factory Enhancement, Creative Studio, Modular Contents and Templates, Lilly Marketing Studio, Content Ecosystem covering content foundation, content build and advance capability)
Define and enhance Content capability and IDS strategy to achieve affiliate vision of providing personalized engagement to HCPs, aligned with Overall business / IDS vision and strategy.
Establish strategic partnership with key business and IDS leaders in the affiliate and global/IBU. (e.g. Global IDS, MCE, JCO, Commercial Analytics, LMI, Marketing Support, Market Research, Consumer Engagement Team, Corporate Affairs, Global EWI, Architecture)
Own and drive projects under its area as IDS lead and accountable for delivery
Accountable for establishing sustainable operation partnering with responsible team, managing employees or third-party partners
Continue to learn cutting edge / impactful skills & technology in the market, seeking for the opportunity to apply it in our business environment
Influence and support business transformation to achieve expected business outcome through the capability team
Direct or indirect UX, graphic design, digital marketing related experience for more than 3years （including Agency side）
Global communication skill including business English level and /or Conversational Japanese, but willingness to learn to be bi-lingual is strongly preferred)
Cross functional / cross border project experience
Led complex projects including various stakeholders
Team / process / service management experience
Leadership to independently drive cross functional / cross border initiative
Foundational business area knowledge (marketing and sales, digital marketing, multi-channel customer engagement, customer centric design, corporate communications)
Foundational general management skill (logical / critical thinking, effective verbal & written communication, great inter-personal skill, budget / resource management, problem solving, coaching and people development)
IT and Advert/Digital Agency Management experience
Foundational UX knowledge, experience and management skill (e.g. Degree of UX, Design thinking, UX design, graphic design, research, creatives, A/B testing)
Foundational marketing IT / technology skill (e.g. Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, Operational Analysis / Reporting / Dashboard, CRM, Veeva, SEO, Digital Ads, CMS)
Basic IDS management skill (supplier management, project management, IT governance, technology integration for business process)
